• Santa Priscila® Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
• 1 branch of branched onion
• 1 sprig of parsley
• 2 colored onions
• 2 tomatoes chopped in squares
• 1/4 cilantro tied, washed, dried and chopped
• 1 tsp. tomato sauce
• 1 orange
• Fresh chilli pepper (optional)
Rinse with cold water the shrimps; aside in a pot add 3 cups of water, a branch of branched onion, parsley and salt. Boil for 10 minutes turn off and sift.
In the water, or the shrimp consommé, add the shrimp, only for 3 minutes, until they are cooked and take them out and reserve it in a bowl, then let it cool down completely.
Prepare a sauce with colored onion in slices style, then mix it with the lemon juice and salt as you desire.
Mix: the shrimp, the consommé and the onion sauce. Add the chopped cilantro and taste the salt and the acidity. Leave about 15 minutes in the refrigerator to mix the flavors and cold down.
Serve accompanied by hot sauce, slide fried plantain, smashed plantain, toasted corn, or popcorn.
