Pesto Pasta with Prawns / Prawns Pesto Pasta
Ingredients: • Santa Priscila® Prawns • Spaghetti • Basil • Garlic cloves • Olive oil • Pinions • Parmesan • Pecorino Romano Cheese Preparation: Boil the water where the spaghetti is going to be cooked so it is heated while we prepare the sauce. Wash and clean the basil, cut and place in the mortar. Perform the same procedure with six cloves of garlic. Chop everything together until it is well crushed. Add Parmesan, pecorino, olive oil and salt and stir everything. Remove the sauce to prepare the prawns now. Cut another clove of garlic and add in a pan to rehash over low heat, when turns in golden brown look after a couple of minutes, add the prawns. Rehash the prawns for a couple of minutes until they turn into a whiter shade. Meanwhile, if the water is already boiling, add the spaghetti and leave them on medium heat for about ten minutes. Now add the pinions to the sauce and, with the cooked spaghetti ready and the prawns prepared to mix everything up. Then add as much pesto sauce as desired and place over the prawns and grated cheese.
